We took the elevator up and hiked down, my usual approach to this.
Part of our ride to Whiteface ws a chance to ride the bobsled at Lake Placid. At this time of year the run a sled on wheels in the old bobsled track.
Sleds are trucked to the top and of course go down on their own gravity power.
Some simple instructions like sit still, don't drag your feet, etc.
Picks up speed slowy....
