We came in from the Cooke City side to stay in Roosevelt Lodge for two nights. We did one full day touring the park and down to the Tetons and back.
Jul 20. There was a lot of construction on the trip including the road to the entrance to Yellowstone.
Yellow buses were used in Yellowstone as tour buses. The roof was canvas and could be rooled back. These were not the original vehicles but had been modeled…
Jul 22. Roosevelt Arch leaving the park on the north side.
It was tough getting a moment when cars were not passing through the arch. Not a great spot for photo op.
