It was nice. I kept going three more hours back to Ticonderoga.
Found a truly mom and pop maple syrup store on the way back west on 73.
Amazing variety of maple products. Taste testing, too.
Completely self-service store. No one there.
Found this general store while lookinig for diner before heading back into NY.,

The R1200RT turned 100,000 miles while on NY Thruway. I took an exit to stop and get a picture.
The remainder of the crew at dinner on Thursday night after I left. They had really tried to get me to stay another night.
Stopped at Monica's Pies in Naples NY for a grape pie. Although not open, a frozen pie available. It was a bit of a puzzle getting the pie into top case.
